The Six Mile Water offers an excellent section of grade two white water from Dunadry village to Greenmount Agricultural College. All rapids on this section are easily inspected and can be walked around if desired. Those who wish to paddle the less exciting section down-river from Greenmount can continue to the Antrim Forum leisure centre and the Lough Shore where the river enters Lough Neagh
